ALL SPOTS ON THE ESA COMMITTEE ARE UP FOR GRABS – EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ASAP
At each ESA Annual General Meeting, all the positions are declared vacant.
We would love new blood or folk taking on new roles. We can have an election if we have lots of candidates for say president or treasurer.
Join the committee:
- We have six meetings a year – you should attend four in person or by phone;
- You can throw in some ideas, improvements.
Stand for a position:
- The president and vice president’s only obligations are to chair meetings. I (Mandy Bede) and Annette Shiell, currently president and VP will stand again.
- The treasurer looks after the money coming in and going out – we have a new person interested in this role;
- The secretary keeps the register of members and minutes and correspondence. Lyndel Walker has recently taken this role on and will stand again.
