TRAVEL EPHEMERA COMES IN MANY FORMS, and a favourite, although often a bit battered is the free road maps from petrol stations, tourist bureaus and the like.
Here is a selection that has found its way in via a donation to the Ephemera Society. If you would like any of them, let me know via the comments box.
A lovely Tasmanian contribution comes from the Australian Contract Drafting Company, of Sydney, probably from 1950s. The cover and a section of the map showing the ACDC (yes) logo which includes a rocket with crossed boomerang base. The unfolded map measures 48×47 cm, and the packed map is 21×11 cm.
